False, misleading, or deceptive information about materials
Inaccurate specifications, certifications, quantities, or origin
Misrepresentation of company identity, authority, or capabilities
3.2 Illegal or Non-Compliant Materials
Materials prohibited by applicable local, state, federal, or international law
Materials subject to regulatory restrictions without proper authorization
Listings that encourage unlawful use or distribution
3.3 Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
Attempted fraud or scams
Requests for payment outside approved platform workflows intended to evade safeguards
Impersonation of another individual or company
3.4 Intellectual Property Violations
Content that infringes or misappropriates intellectual property rights
Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted material, or trade secrets
3.5 Platform Circumvention
Attempts to bypass Platform systems, safeguards, or policies
Using the Platform solely to harvest contact information
Encouraging users to avoid Platform rules or moderation
3.6 Harmful or Abusive Conduct
Harassment, threats, or abusive language
Discriminatory or hateful conduct
Behavior that disrupts or undermines Platform integrity
4. Moderation Actions
Material Harbor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions if content or conduct is believed to violate this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law:
Remove or restrict access to listings or content
Edit or disable content (where appropriate)
Suspend or terminate user accounts
Limit Platform functionality
Prevent future postings or activity
Actions may be taken with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances and severity of the issue.
5. Discretion and No Endorsement
Material Harbor:
Does not endorse any listings, users, or materials
Is not obligated to monitor all content
Retains full discretion in determining whether content violates this Policy
Failure to take action in one instance does not waive our right to take action in other instances.

Users who believe their content or account was moderated in error may submit a request for reconsideration by contacting:

The content or action being challenged
A brief explanation supporting reconsideration
Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement or reversal. All decisions are final.
